Last updated: 2026-02-28
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the DoorDrop website (the "Site") and related pages hosted on this domain. The DoorDrop application is available at app.doordrop.au and may have additional terms presented in the app.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3. Service description
DoorDrop is a marketplace platform that connects businesses needing letterbox delivery with independent walkers who perform the deliveries. DoorDrop facilitates the connection but does not employ the walkers. Walkers are independent contractors responsible for their own tax obligations, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Walker responsibilities
Walkers are responsible for completing deliveries as agreed, providing accurate GPS tracking data, and maintaining any required permits, insurance, or checks (such as police checks or WWCC). DoorDrop does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or completeness of any delivery performed by a walker.
5. Accounts and platform access
If you use the DoorDrop application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Falsify delivery data or GPS tracking information.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Site or the app.
- Deliver illegal, offensive, or prohibited materials through the platform.
7. Intellectual property
The Site design, text, logos, and platform software are owned by their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Third-party services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services (including mapping providers, social platforms, fonts, and CDNs). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and platform are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee delivery outcomes, walker availability, or campaign results. Delivery quality depends on factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoorDrop and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or platform.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
